Players points are the sum of following:
* The territory he has surrounded,
* captured and capturable opponents' stones.
White usually gets some extra compensation for black's right to start the game. This is called komi.
Hactar uses Japanese rules for calculating result.
После окончания игры подсчитывается результат.
Окончательный счёт складывается из:
* захваченной территории (1 пункт=1 очку)
* захваченных камней соперника (1 камень = 1 очку)
Чёрные получают преимущество первого хода, в компенсацию за это белым дополнительно добавляется 6,5 очков. Эту компенсацию называют коми.
Hactar использует японские правила для подсчёта результата.

Repetition of same board position is forbidden similarly to capture 3 game.
Игра начинается с пустой доски, чёрные ходят первыми. Цель игры - окружить территорию на доске и захватить камни соперника. Игра заканчивается когда оба игрока пасуют.
Камни могут быть захвачены точно так же, как и в атари-го.
Повторение запрещено (правило Ко) точно так же, как и в атари-го 3.

If black player is less skilled than white, a handicap can be used to make the game interesting. Black player may get 2 to 9 handicap stones at the start of the game. In a handicap game white gets 0.5 extra points (komi).
W czasie gry bez wsparcia - białe otrzymują od razu 6.5 punktu (komi), jako odszkodowanie za prawo czarnych do wykonania pierwszego ruchu.
Jeśli czarne są znacznie słabsze od białych, można użyć wsparcia by uczynić grę bardziej interesującą. Czarne mogą otrzymać od 2 do 9 kamieni wsparcia. W grze ze wsparciem białe otrzymują dodatkowo tylko 0.5 punktu (komi).

Po zakończeniu gry następuje obliczenie wyniku. Każdy kamień który jest na planszy ale mógłby być zbity uznawany jest za zbity.
Liczba punktów gracza składa się z następujących wyników:

Grę rozpoczynają czarne kładąc kamień na planszy. Celem gry jest otocznie pustego terytorium i wzięcie do niewoli jak największej ilości kamieni. Gra kończy się gdy gracze kolejno spasują.
Kamienie są zbijane w ten sam sposób jak w grze Atari-Go.
Powtarzanie sytuacji na planszy - podobnie jak w Złap 3 - jest zakazane (ko).
