After the game ends, a result is calculated. Any stones that opponent could capture are calculated as captured.
Players points are the sum of following:
* The territory he has surrounded,
* Captured and capturable opponents' stones.
White usually gets some extra compensation for blacks' right to start the game. This is called komi.
Hactar uses Japanese rules for calculating result.
Quan la partida s'acaba, es compte qui guanya. Totes les pedres capturables i que no es puguin salvar van amb les capturades.
Els punts es compten per a cada jugador de la següent manera:
* territori encerclat
* pedres capturades i capturables
Normalment a les blanques els hi sumem punts extra per compensar que les negres comencen. S'anomena komi.
Hactar utiliza les regles japoneses per calcular el resultat.

The game starts from an empty board, and black plays the first stone. The goal is to surround empty territory and capture opponents stones. Game ends when both players pass.
Stones can be captured in the same way as in capture-go. Repetition of same board position is forbidden similarly to capture 3 game.
La partida comença amb el tauler buit, i les negres fan la primera jugada. L'objectiu és controlar el màxim d'espai, encerclant territory buit i capturant les pedres de l'oponent. La partida s'acaba quan tots dos jugadors passen.
Les pedres es poden capturar de la mateixa manera que a Atari-go. Repetir la mateixa posició està prohibit igual que a Captura'n 3.

White cannot play to A, because white stone would not have liberties. Also white cannot play to B, because again white stone would not have liberties. So white cannot start killing at all.
El blanc no pot jugar a A, perquè la pedra blanca no tindria llibertats. Tampoc el blanc pot jugar a B, perquè de nou la pedra blanca no tindria llibertats. Així que el blanc no pot començar a matar en absolut.

One of the players takes black "stones" and the other player takes white "stones". The board is a grid of 9 by 9 lines. The game starts with 4 stones are on the board as shown in the diagram.
Black player starts the game. Each player plays a single stone of their own color. A player can play to any empty intersection. A player may not pass. Once the stone is played it is never moved to another intersection.
Un jugador porta les "pedres" negres i l'altre les blanques. El tauler és una quadrícula de 9x9 línies. La partida comença amb 4 pedres al tauler tal i com mostra el diagrama.
Negre comença. Una jugada consisteix en col·locar una pedra del color que toqui en una intersecció buida. No es pot passar. Un cop la pedra s'ha jugat, no es pot bellugar cap a un altre banda.
